Visionary Metals Corp. has doubled its non-brokered private placement from CAD $1.5 million to CAD $3 million, reducing the unit price from CAD $0.07 to CAD $0.05. The units, which include common shares and warrants, will be freely tradeable under the LIFE Exemption, without a hold period. Proceeds will fund their 2024 exploration program and general capital needs, with the offering closing expected by June 28, 2024.
