Visionary Metals Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to CAD $1,500,000 by offering over 21 million units at CAD $0.07 each, with units including shares and half-warrant entitlements. This private placement is unique as it allows for the freely tradeable issuance of securities without a hold period, leveraging the LIFE Exemption under Canadian regulations. The proceeds are earmarked for the company’s 2024 exploration endeavors and general corporate activities, with the expected closing date of the offering set for May 23, 2024.
