Visionary Education Technology Holdings Group Inc. has announced the resignation of their CFO, Katy Liu, with no disputes involved, effective May 6, 2024. Concurrently, the company’s CEO, Mr. Zhong Chen, will assume the role of CFO under the same employment agreement dated April 23, 2024.
