Visible Gold Mines Inc. has successfully conducted its annual and special meeting, wherein shareholders elected four directors and reaffirmed Martin Dallaire as President and CEO. Additionally, the company’s stock option plan was ratified, and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP was reappointed as the auditor. New stock options were granted to directors and officers, with a ten-year expiration and an exercise price set above the recent closing share price.
