Alliativ, now controlling over 90% of Visiativ’s capital and voting rights, is set to withdraw Visiativ shares from the Euronext Growth market at €37.00 per share. This follows the successful public takeover bid by Alliativ, a subsidiary of SNEF Group, which resulted in a suspension of Visiativ’s share trading. Visiativ is recognized for aiding SMEs and intermediate-sized enterprises in digital transformation, boasting a €277 million turnover in 2023.
