Visiativ SA (FR:ALVIV) has released an update.

Visiativ SA is targeted by a public takeover offer from Alliativ SAS, which may lead to a mandatory withdrawal procedure if minority shares post-offer fall below 10%. The offer and related documents are under review by the AMF and are accessible on Visiativ’s and AMF’s websites.
