Virtual Mind Holding Company Limited has announced its annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on June 26, 2024, in Hong Kong, with provisions for rescheduling in case of severe weather conditions. The AGM agenda includes reviewing the company’s audited financial statements, re-electing executive and independent non-executive directors, and authorizing the board to set director remunerations and re-appoint the auditor.
