Virscend Education Company Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting on January 15, 2025, where shareholders will discuss key resolutions including the adoption of financial statements, declaration of dividends, re-election of directors, and re-appointment of auditors. The company plans to declare a final dividend of HKD0.25 cents per share and a special dividend of HKD0.50 cents per share for the year ended August 31, 2024. Investors will also consider authorizing the board to allot additional shares and fix director remunerations.
