Virinchi Ltd. has announced the allotment of 34,00,000 convertible equity warrants to various public investors at an issue price of Rs. 25 per warrant. This decision follows a special resolution passed by the company’s shareholders and approvals from BSE and NSE. The warrants, issued on a preferential basis, are convertible into equity shares upon payment of the remaining 75% of the issue price. This move does not currently alter the company’s paid-up share capital.
