Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited has announced the issuance of 200,000 unquoted options exercisable at $2.00, expiring two years from the date of issue, as part of an employee incentive scheme. These securities, detailed in the company’s latest Appendix 3G filing dated May 10, 2024, are not intended to be quoted on the ASX.
