Virco Manufacturing (VIRC) has issued an announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company has announced a $0.02 per share cash dividend for the second fiscal quarter, payable on July 12, 2024, to shareholders on record as of June 21, 2024. Although the Company plans to continue quarterly dividends, future payouts are at the discretion of the Board and subject to the terms of the Company’s lending agreements, with no guarantee of subsequent dividends.
