Virco Mfg. Corporation has announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.02 per share cash dividend for the first fiscal quarter, payable on April 10, 2024, to shareholders on record as of March 7, 2024. Although Virco aims to continue quarterly dividends, future payments are not guaranteed and will depend on the Board’s discretion and the Company’s loan agreement terms.
