Virco Manufacturing ( (VIRC) ) has issued an update.
On March 6, 2025, Virco Manufacturing announced the retirement of its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Robert Dose, effective April 30, 2025, after 35 years of service. He will be succeeded by Bassey Yau, the current Senior Vice President of Finance, who will also take on the role of Secretary. Additionally, the company declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share for its fourth fiscal quarter, payable on April 11, 2025, with future dividends subject to Board discretion and lending agreements.
