VIP Entertainment Technologies Inc. is advancing its business by launching a non-brokered private placement targeting $750,000 in proceeds, having already secured over $400,000 in commitments. The funds will primarily facilitate business expansion and support general capital needs. In addition, the company has appointed Theresa Jennings as the new CFO to strengthen its financial strategy and management.
