Vior Inc. has fulfilled its third-anniversary payment obligation to Osisko Mining Inc. by issuing shares, giving Osisko significant ownership stakes in Vior. This transaction is part of an Option Agreement related to the gold property in Quebec, and Vior is advancing its flagship Belleterre Gold Project with Osisko’s strategic support.
