Vinyl Group Ltd has overhauled its executive leadership following the completion of its Val Morgan Digital acquisition, appointing Jonathon Oake as Chief Operating Officer, promoting Michael Globan to Chief Financial Officer and reallocating current CFO Jorge Nigaglioni to Chief Integration Officer. The moves are designed to strengthen operational execution, financial management and post-acquisition integration, signalling the company’s intention to scale its expanded media and music technology portfolio and realise synergies from recent growth.

Oake, a veteran of ByteDance, Optus and Foxtel, will lead group-wide operational performance and systems optimisation, while Nigaglioni will focus on aligning newly acquired businesses and delivering integration milestones. Globan, a chartered accountant with experience at Warner Music Group, Dentsu and EY, will oversee group finance, reporting, compliance and capital management, reinforcing Vinyl Group’s internal capabilities as it navigates its enlarged footprint in media, music and digital content.
