Vinyl Group Ltd. has announced a significant change in a director’s interest, reporting that Joshua Simons acquired 1,347,460 ordinary shares at a value of $132,051, increasing his total holding to 24,253,428 shares and retaining 10,000,000 unquoted options. The transaction, part of an Entitlements Offer participation, was not conducted during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
