Vintage Energy Ltd. has released a notice indicating a significant increase in the number of shares held by Director Ian Howarth following an Accelerated Entitlement Offer. Howarth’s holding in ordinary shares surged from 15,331,180 to 27,124,396, with the acquisition priced at $0.01 per share. These changes occurred on April 8, 2024, and are part of a disclosure required under listing rule 3.19A.2.
