VinFast Auto ( (VFS) ) has provided an update.
On March 16, 2026, VinFast reported preliminary, unaudited results showing a sharp acceleration in its electric vehicle business for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. Quarterly EV deliveries jumped to 86,557 units, more than doubling both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year, while total revenues for the quarter rose 117.7% sequentially and 138.9% from a year earlier to VND39.4 trillion, driven mainly by vehicle sales.
For full-year 2025, VinFast delivered 196,919 EVs and 406,498 e-scooters and e-bikes, more than doubling EV volumes and multiplying two-wheeler sales versus 2024, with overseas markets contributing about 11% of EV deliveries. Management highlighted that the company exceeded its 2025 delivery guidance, consolidated its leading share in Vietnam’s auto and e-scooter markets, broadened its product portfolio across VF, Green and Lac Hong brands, and continued international expansion, underscoring its ambitions as a fast-growing regional EV champion even as the figures remain subject to audit adjustments.
