Vinci Partners Investments Ltd. has finalized its acquisition of MAV Capital, an agribusiness-focused asset manager, bolstering Vinci’s alternative investment platform with an additional R$550 million in assets under management. The strategic move, which enhances Vinci’s offerings in the agribusiness sector, includes an upfront cash payment and a future earnout structure based on revenue targets. This acquisition is part of Vinci’s strategy to expand its business lines and establish dominant market franchises.
