Vinci Partners Completes Key Annual Meeting

Vinci Partners Investments (VINP) has released an update.

Vinci Partners Investments Ltd. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting, ratifying the company’s financial statements and auditor’s report for 2023, and approving a major business combination transaction with MNC Holdings Limited. Shareholders also elected new board members, including Mr. Peter Ogilvie, Mr. Manuel José Balbontin, and Mr. Jaime de la Barra, to serve until their office is vacated or they are removed as per the company’s governance documents.
