Post-transaction, the Company’s total treasury shares amount to 6,182,716, with the remaining shares in issue totaling 149,453,923. This action has adjusted the total voting rights within the Company to the same number, which is significant for shareholders in relation to the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
