Village Farms, L.P. has secured a new employment agreement with CEO Michael A. DeGiglio, starting August 15, 2024, with the potential to automatically extend beyond the initial three-year term. The contract assures DeGiglio a base salary with possible increases, performance-based bonuses, and standard executive benefits. Additionally, it includes protective clauses for the company and outlines generous severance terms should DeGiglio leave under specific conditions.
