Viking Mines Limited has acquired 100% ownership of the Canegrass Battery Minerals Project by purchasing Flinders Canegrass Pty Ltd. The deal includes a cash payment, share distribution, and options to Red Hawk Mining Limited, which has elevated Red Hawk to a top 20 shareholder in Viking. This strategic move is expected to enhance value for Viking shareholders and follows the successful completion of extensive technical advancements and a substantial Mineral Resource Estimate upgrade.
