Rey Resources Ltd ( (AU:REY) ) has issued an announcement.
Vigorous Resources Pty Ltd has initiated a compulsory acquisition of all remaining shares of Rey Resources Limited after securing a relevant interest in over 90% of the company’s shares. This move follows an off-market takeover bid and will allow Vigorous Resources to consolidate its control over Rey Resources, with the acquisition terms set at $0.028 per share. Shareholders who have not yet accepted the offer have until 11 August 2025 to do so for earlier consideration, otherwise, they will receive payment through the compulsory acquisition process.
