Vidrala S.A. has announced a capital reduction by canceling 330,000 treasury shares, which represents about 1% of their share capital, following their buyback program. The company’s new share capital will be €32,571,777.30, divided into 31,933,115 shares with a nominal value of 1.02 euros each, after completion of the necessary legal formalities.
