Videndum PLC has announced the grant of options over ordinary shares to its Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) under its 2020 UK and International Sharesave Plans. The options, which are expected to mature between August 2026 and 2027, were awarded at option prices of £2.24 and £2.38. Videndum, a global leader in hardware products and software solutions for content creation, is listed on the London Stock Exchange and employs around 1,600 people worldwide.
