Victory Goldfields Fuels Heavy Rare Earth Project

Victory Goldfields Limited (AU:VTM) has released an update.

Victory Goldfields Limited has successfully completed an oversubscribed $2.5 million placement to fund the rapid development of their flagship North Stanmore Heavy Rare Earth project in Western Australia. The proceeds will support exploration activities, an updated Mineral Resource Estimate, metallurgical testing, and general working capital. The placement shares were issued at a price representing a 12.3% discount to the recent volume-weighted average price.
