Victory Battery Metals Corp. has finalized the acquisition of Yellow Chief Uranium Inc., expanding its mineral interests in North America with properties in Utah and Saskatchewan. The deal involved the issuance of 8 million common shares and was initially an arm’s length transaction, though the CEO of Yellow Chief later became the CEO of Victory.
