Victoria PLC has announced that Wood River Capital, LLC has decreased its voting rights in the company from 11% to 10.97% due to the exercise of Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Options by employees. This transfer involved 290,100 Ordinary Shares previously held in treasury. The notification was completed on July 26, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas.
