Victoria PLC has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM), with all proposed resolutions passed by shareholders, including key re-elections and appointments. Shareholders showed strong support for company initiatives, with near-unanimous approval for the adoption of accounts and the re-appointment of the auditor, as well as significant backing for directorial authority on share allotments.
