Victoria Gold Corp reported a heap leach facility incident at the Eagle Gold Mine with no injuries and proactive environmental protection measures in place. The company is in communication with regulatory authorities and has seen production suspended, retracting its 2024 production and cost guidance while engaging with lenders over Notices of Default. Additional updates are expected by the company within the next week.
