VICOM Ltd has announced that Mr Chia Jackson will resign from the board effective 19 September 2024, resulting in a restructured board of nine directors. The future board will include a mix of six Independent Non-Executive, two Non-Independent Non-Executive, and one Non-Independent Executive Directors. The composition of the Board and Board Committees has also been detailed with these upcoming changes.
