Vicinity Motor Corp., a North American supplier of commercial electric vehicles, has updated stakeholders on the delayed filing of its interim financial reports. The company received a management cease trade order, which restricts trading by its CEO and CFO, but not by shareholders, and expects to file the required documents by October 11, 2024, in line with its restructuring plan. In the interim, Vicinity Motor will issue bi-weekly updates in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
