Vicinity Centres has announced a change in the interests of Director Peter Huddle, who received an allocation of 344,767 fully paid ordinary stapled securities as part of his FY24 Short Term Incentive award. This change, which is detailed in the Appendix 3Y notice, is a financial adjustment related to Huddle’s compensation package and involves a two-stage deferral of the securities over a period of 12 to 24 months.
