Vicinity Centres has announced Angus McNaughton’s nomination for the role of Non-executive Director, who brings over 30 years of industry experience and previous leadership within the company. McNaughton’s appointment will follow the retirement of Clive Appleton at the upcoming AGM. Vicinity’s Chairman highlights McNaughton’s deep knowledge and history with the company as valuable assets to the board.
