Vibrant Group Limited has informed stakeholders that its Executive Director and CEO, Mr. Eric Khua, has been sentenced to incarceration for a personal matter unrelated to the company. Mr. Khua plans to appeal against the conviction and sentence, and in light of this, the Board sees no immediate need to reassess his role within the company. They have pledged to closely follow Mr. Khua’s legal situation and will make further announcements if there are significant developments.
