Vibrant Group Limited has announced board restructuring, with Mr. Sebastian Tan transitioning from Independent Chairman to Non-Independent Chairman and Mr. Derek Loh from Independent Director to Non-Independent Director after serving over nine years. The changes will take effect following the company’s AGM on 30 August 2024, with the firm also aiming to appoint an additional Independent Director shortly thereafter to comply with governance standards.
