The latest announcement is out from Viaplay ( ($SE:VPLAY.B) ).

Viaplay Group reported first-quarter 2026 core operations net sales of SEK 5.28 billion, stable on an organic basis, and core EBITDA before special items of SEK 101 million, supported by higher streaming subscription revenue and tighter cost control. The company’s integration of newly fully owned Allente Group is progressing to plan, underpinning its strategy to stabilise revenues as traditional TV declines and to extract significant cost synergies over the next two years.

Streaming subscription sales in core operations grew 8% organically, driven by direct-to-consumer growth and higher ARPU from premium sports, while non-streaming subscriptions, linear advertising and content sales continued to decline. Management reiterated full-year 2026 targets for stable organic core sales and SEK 1.0–1.4 billion in EBITDA, positioning Viaplay for improved cash flow, debt reduction and a path toward double-digit EBITDA margins by 2028 despite ongoing restructuring charges and legacy business headwinds.

The most recent analyst rating on ($SE:VPLAY.B) stock is a Hold with a SEK1.45 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Viaplay stock, see the SE:VPLAY.B Stock Forecast page.
