Vianet Group plc, an international provider of connected hardware devices and business insights, has issued 20,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of share options. These shares will be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange, expected to commence on September 11, 2024. After the admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue for the company will be 29,438,164.
