Viad Corp is set to transform into a pure-play attractions and hospitality leader by selling its GES business to Truelink Capital for $535 million, with plans to rename itself Pursuit after the transaction. This strategic move allows Pursuit to focus on delivering high-growth hospitality experiences across iconic destinations, leveraging a proven Refresh, Build, Buy strategy. The company aims to capitalize on its enhanced balance sheet to drive substantial growth in the hospitality and attractions sector, positioning itself as a leader with irreplicable assets and unforgettable experiences.
