Viad Corp announced a transition in its executive team with the appointment of Michael ‘Bo’ Heitz as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective upon the closure of the company’s GES business sale. Heitz, who has a background in finance and strategic development roles at Vail Resorts, will take over from Ellen Ingersoll, who will step down but remain in an advisory role until March 2025. The transition is part of the company’s ongoing strategic changes, and both Heitz and departing Chief Accounting Officer Leslie Striedel have agreed departures without any disagreements on financial or operational matters.
