VHM Limited Issues Unquoted Equity Securities

VHM Limited has announced the issuance of unquoted equity securities, including 500,000 options expiring in December 2026 and 846,774 new class securities expiring in November 2029. These securities are part of an employee incentive scheme and will not be quoted on the ASX until transfer restrictions are lifted.
