VHM Limited’s Director Ian Smith has increased his stake in the company, acquiring an additional 71,429 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at $0.42 each, following participation in the Share Placement Plan. This transaction, which occurred on 20 August 2024, has raised his total holdings to 471,429 shares, with his 500,000 Unlisted Options remaining unchanged.
