VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities Plc has announced the acquisition of 100,000 ordinary shares for treasury at £0.768 each, following approval at their AGM on 22 May 2024. This purchase affects the total number of shares in circulation, now standing at 399,853,422, which shareholders can use to determine their interest notification requirements. The company’s total issued share count is now 422,498,890.
