VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities Plc has announced the acquisition of 100,000 ordinary shares for treasury at £0.7985 each, following the authorization from their Annual General Meeting in May. The buyback leaves 398,403,422 ordinary shares in circulation out of a total issue of 422,498,890. Shareholders can use this current number of shares in circulation as a reference for notifying interest in the company as per the FCA’s rules.
