VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities Plc has announced the acquisition of 50,000 ordinary shares for treasury at £0.782 each, following the shareholder authorization at their AGM on May 22, 2024. This brings the total shares in circulation to 398,503,422 and the total shares issued to 422,498,890, which shareholders can use to assess their interest notification requirements under FCA rules.
