VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc has announced the acquisition and treasury holding of 100,000 of its own ordinary shares at £0.7745 each, following shareholder authorization from their Annual General Meeting. The buyback affects the total number of shares in circulation, now at 398,953,422, which shareholders can use to determine their notification requirements under the FCA’s rules. After the transaction, the company’s total shares in issue are 422,498,890.
