Ficus Fiduciary Limited, as trustee for Ficus Foundation, reported a change in their substantial holding in Regal Partners Limited, with voting power decreasing from 9.14% to 7.24% due to a dilution event following RPL’s issuance of additional shares. The change occurred on July 9, 2024, and was a result of RPL’s acquisition of Merricks Capital, as detailed in RPL’s ASX announcement on July 10, 2024. No new associates were reported, and the address for Ficus Fiduciary remains unchanged.
