VGI Partners Ltd. reports a change in the interests of substantial holder New Highland Pty Limited and Philip King, with a slight decrease in their voting power from 28.35% to 27.21% due to the dilution event following the conversion of redeemable preference shares into ordinary shares. The New Highland Parties and Philip King now hold a combined interest of 31.54% when including RPL’s own interest in its shares.
